How to install plugin in eclipse follow this link

Step1: In eclipse open
             Help-->Install New Software

Step2: add plugin link in workwith 
ex:  ADT - https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

Step3: check what u want install and select next> button.

Step4: select next> button  Accept and Install.
