How can I use my PC's keyboard on the Android emulator?

That's howI fixed it.

1. Eclipse > Window menu > AVD Manager
2. Select your virtual device and click Edit
3. Under Hardware, Click New
4. Select Keyboard Support then click OK
5. Edit its value to yes

My other AVDs that don't have this "keyboard support" hardware property added for sure don't accept my physical keyboard input
